Where do you make the prints?

All our prints, frames, and passepartouts are made in Sweden. The products are sent to you from our production facility in Gävle, Sweden.

What paper do you use?

We print all photos on high-quality, matte Hahnemüle paper. We offer two types of paper: Natural White and Bright White. Our Natural White paper is 200g and has a warm tone. The Bright White paper is 210g and slightly whiter. Photos look stunning on both options.

Should I choose Natural White or Bright White?

If you're looking for highest quality or plan on adding a passepartout, we recommend the Natural White paper. If your budget is tighter, Bright White is your best option.

All prints shown on this page are printed on Natural White paper.

What printing method do you use?

We print your photos using one of the best printing methods available: Giclée printing with archival pigments. 12 colour ink jet printer, acid free paper, and pigment-based archival inks, this process ensures lasting quality. Your prints will look stunning for years to come.

What file types do you accept?

Anything else to think about before uploading images?

Keep in mind your screen is brighter than paper, which may result in that images look darker printed than on a screen. Turn down your screen brightness for a better idea of how images will look printed.

Do you edit photos?

Your photos will be printed as they are. We do not edit photos. If something looks off, we'll contact you before the order goes to production.

Will you crop my photos?

We may crop photos to fit your ordered print size. Include any special instructions about crops in the comments section in the cart, or contact us via email when you place an order.

What is a passepartout?

Also known as a matte or a mount, our passepartouts are perfectly fitted for the print. This includes a 0,5 cm white margin on the print inside the passepartout. Passepartouts are 2,5 cm (for 21x30 cm and 30x40 cm prints), 5 cm (for 40x50 cm, 50x70 cm prints), or 10 cm (for 70x100 cm prints). We do not offer passepartouts for 100x140 cm prints. The passepartouts are carefully selected to match our Natural White Hahnemüle paper, acid-free and come with a front and back to protect the print. See the product page for images of our passepartouts.

All passepartouts come with our 'k' logo bottom right. This subtle design is stunning and adds a unique look to the passepartout.

What is a branded passepartout?

Our branded passepartouts are exactly the same as the regular passepartouts, but with your personal branding added to it. You're able to add your logo of varying sizes to the passepartout, to give it a professional look. Perfect for photographers looking to stand out with their prints.

See the product page for photos of our unique branded passepartouts.

What kind of frames do you offer?

We offer three types of frames: black, white, and oak. They come in horizontal and vertical sizes of 21x30 cm, 30x40 cm, 40x50 cm, 50x70 cm, 70x100 cm, and in square sizes of 30x30 cm, 40x40 cm, 50x50 cm, 60x60 cm, and 70x70 cm. At this time we only offer square frames in black and in white.
